It is done. The system is now finished with all validations working and everything in working order. No more tinkering with things anymore so I guess, this is the last post in this blog.
It was a tough trip but I am happy with the final outcome.

[Success]Graph Creation
It seems once again, I have been able to do what I thought was impossible so late on.
I have been able to create graphs using data from drop down lists by using the COUNTIF function in excel.
Tough as it was, I now have two graphs. They look pretty cool and work great. Changing numbers along with changes in the data, it's working better than I expected.
