"ThisWorkbook.Close" Excel Error

The "ThisWorkbook.Close" line under the "ActiveWorkbook.Save" seems to work for al imited time. After a few tries, the error comes back and keeps coming. The only resolution is to add the "Application.Quit" line although it closes ALL active workbooks. It must be a replacement until I am able to find a way around this
